Our Financial Design Consultant is accountable for: Ensuring the design, successful testing/implementation of the invoicing solution within the client’s organization and Kelly’s from a financial systems and accounting perspective.

Evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconciling conflicts, decomposing high-level information into details, and distinguishing user requests from the underlying true needs. Proactively communicating and collaborating with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following documents as needed: Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases and Interface designs.

Serving as the conduit between the customer community (internal and external customers), the software development team and Kelly’s Financial Shared Services team. Developing requirements specifications according to standard templates, using natural language. Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience: Prior hands-on billing or accounts receivable (AR) experience Technical and functional working knowledge of billing systems and AR back-office platforms Proven experience creating step-by-step technical work instructions and operational documentation Proven experience auditing and reconciling financial discrepancies.

Handling tax implications and compliance issues Designing and implementing standard invoicing solutions Understanding invoice element mapping in Mainframe Direct experience configuring or maintaining People. Soft or Workday preferred Experience in customer implementation workflows preferred Staffing-industry back-office operational experience preferred Experience with VMS platforms (e.

g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa/CCW) or enterprise ATS/CRM platforms (e.g., Bullhorn, KSN) preferred The annual base pay for this position is listed below. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location. $73,875.00 - $98,500.00 Total compensation package including benefits as applicable to the position – understanding that each person has unique professional and personal needs focused on your total well-being.
