Senior Case Manager, Community Program - Staten Island

The Senior Case Manager provides direct assistance, either in-person or telephonically, to victims of crime and abuse, specializing in working with survivors of intimate partner and family violence (includes sexual assault and families of homicide victims). The Senior Case Manager will provide services to victims of crime and abuse.

The Senior Case Manager will be part of a dynamic team that will design a new model of community based service delivery based on what is learned about client needs and outcomes.
