Most Important 6+ years of professional experience in backend development with strong Python expertise Hands-on experience building APIs and services using FastAPI Advanced Python coding skills and solid understanding of software design patterns Proven experience designing scalable, maintainable backend architectures Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, testing, and clean code principles Nice to Have Experience with cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) Knowledge of databases, data modeling, and performance optimization Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools Personal Traits Strong collaborator who contributes to architecture discussions and cross-team alignment Ownership mindset, from system design through deployment and maintenance Passion for code quality, mentoring others, and continuously improving engineering processes
