Transitional Housing Worker

The Transitional Housing Worker will provide 1-1 case management and support diverse youth residing in our co-ed Semi Independent Living homes. Staff will provide one-on-one support, life skills and individualized goals as well as group activities such as house meetings and house clean. This position involves developing relationships with youth as well as liaising with professionals such as social workers, school personnel, and community staff.

The Workers provide housing search support, moving assistance, landlord advocacy, mediation and liaise with social workers to support youth to find, secure and move in to safe and affordable housing.
