Transitional Housing Worker (6-Month Term)

The Transitional Housing Worker will provide one-on-one support, life skills and individualized goals as well as group activities such as meetings and unit checks.

This position involves developing relationships with youth as well as liaising with professionals such as social workers, school personnel, and community staff. The Workers provide housing search support, moving assistance, landlord advocacy, mediation and liaise with social workers to support youth to find, secure and move in to safe and affordable independent housing.

Successful applicants will bring their passion for youth work, experience in housing, and knowledge of supporting diverse youth from many cultural backgrounds.
