Family Peer Support Worker
Job description
The Family Peer Support Worker plays a key role in delivering Foundry’s integrated, family-centred care model. Drawing on their lived experience as a caregiver, they provide peer-based emotional, social, and practical support to other caregivers. They assist families with service navigation, education, and access to community resources, while helping to support centre operations.
By building collaborative relationships with caregivers, youth, and service providers, they contribute to the overall well-being of families accessing Foundry services.
