Position Summary
The Education Coach is responsible for actively mentoring Group Leaders by providing support with lesson planning and classroom management. The Education Coach will work under the guidance of the Education Content Specialist and will work closely with site leadership to help develop and cultivate a safe and productive learning environment as well as a caring and positive site culture. This role ensures high-quality implementation of educational and enrichment activities by providing professional support to frontline, direct service staff.
