Talent Acquisition Specialist

This position keeps our manufacturing operations staffed with skilled, reliable colleagues by showing passion, ownership, and persistence to source and hire individuals that share our company values and guiding principles. The Talent Acquisition Specialist owns high-volume sourcing, recruitment, and hiring for non-exempt direct and indirect labor positions on two shifts at various locations.

This position will also help develop our employer branding and will work to build lasting relationships with schools, churches, non-profits, and community groups to create a stronger pipeline of potential colleagues and promote the reputation and visibility of Beckett Thermal Solutions throughout Northeast Ohio.
