Resident Assistant - First Shift

The Resident Assistant provides care to our assisted living and memory care residents. We are looking for caring and dedicated caregivers. Orientation and training provided upon hire. We are seeking a compassionate, experienced resident assistant to join our senior assisted living care team. Assist less-independent residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, using the toilet, eating, grooming, dressing, and washing.

Great communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and sensitive to patient's needs and concerns. Strong desire to help people improve their daily lives. Great interpersonal relations and confident demeanor. Exhibits patience and understanding. Working as a vital part of a team of senior living professionals.
