Work Mode: Work From Office About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring product quality and production stability. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining release quality, identifying risks, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Own production stability and ensure high-quality releases Investigate, analyze, and assist in debugging production issues in collaboration with developers Perform thorough testing including edge-case, negative, and risk-based scenarios Write, maintain, and update detailed test cases for regression and high-risk areas Validate features and bug fixes in staging environments Provide staging sign-off prior to production releases Identify, prioritize, and track quality risks across sprints Work closely with developers throughout the development lifecycle, not just during testing phases Support hotfix validation and urgent production releases Ensure testing coverage aligns with both business requirements and technical risks Requirements Mandatory Skills 3+ years of experience in QA/testing roles Strong hands-on experience in manual and exploratory testing Proven ability to investigate and debug production issues with developers Strong test case writing, documentation, and reporting skills Solid understanding of web and mobile application testing Familiarity with APIs, logs, and databases for validation Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Ability to manage priorities, risks, and release timelines effectively Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Additional Information This is a full-time, Work From Office role Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
