JOB DESCRIPTION Provide office support to one or more individuals which involves purchasing; distributing information; receiving visitors; arranging travel, meetings, events and/or conferences; scheduling appointments; receiving, referring, or answering mail; setting up and maintaining files; answering and routing calls; creating letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and reports. Composes and prepares moderately complex correspondences. Routes mail inquiries as appropriate. Processes and maintains sensitive information. Manages calendars, schedules meetings and appointments for management. Coordinates special events. Prepares presentation and graphic materials. Tracks an organization&s action items. Participates in supporting project and/or peer reviews.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Solid MS Office/365 skills. Initiative/follow-through. Team player. Excellent, succinct and professional verbal and written communications; ability to appropriately communicate at all levels from trades to VIPs. Productive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment.
