Manpower Operation - Samut Sakhon

Manage day-to-day manpower operations for assigned facilities against confirmed manpower plans and vendor commitments. Monitor manpower fulfillment and on-time deployment, and coordinate with Operations and vendors to address manpower gaps and short-term requirement changes. Coordinate with vendors to ensure manpower requirements, timelines, and agreed operating processes are clearly communicated and executed.

Identify and follow up on manpower execution issues and escalate when necessary. Support the rollout of manpower-related processes, SOPs, and operational initiatives at assigned facilities. Identify recurring operational issues and support process improvements to improve execution efficiency and reliability. Experience in Operations, Logistics, Warehouse, Manpower Operations, or vendor coordination is preferred.

Good coordination, follow-up, and operational problem-solving skills. Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage changing or time-sensitive operational requirements. Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets for data tracking and basic analysis. Responsible and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.

No specific educational qualification is required; relevant experience and suitability for the role will be considered.
