Job description
Job Purpose To ensure accurate generation of orders, resolution of stock discrepancies, follow-up on all outstanding transactions, and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficiency across all warehouse operations and branch services.
Key Responsibilities
Create and send orders to branches Check daily sales and stock levels Handle missing or extra items in deliveries Review pick slips and dispatch notes Use system reports to find un-received orders Sort and follow up on outstanding receipts Spot and resolve blocked or delayed orders Check open and reversed pick slips Monitor suspended orders and generate daily reports Respond to queries quickly and ensure they are resolved Qualifications & Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) qualification Minimum 1 year experience in a warehouse environment (advantageous) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Good verbal and written communication skills Applications must be submitted through the online portal only.
