About The Team

You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

1. Proactively acquire new UK customers through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, trade fairs and customer visits; build and expand the opportunity pipeline and maintain long-term customer relationships.
2. Sell integrated logistics services covering cross-border ocean and air freight, warehousing, B2B/B2C and e-commerce fulfillment, line-haul and last-mile delivery, and other product lines. Work with Operations and Solution teams to tailor solutions and quotations based on each customer's business model, volumes, SKU profile, and warehousing and delivery requirements.
3. Drive complex logistics projects from opportunity to implementation; lead the full RFQ/RFP/tender process (requirements analysis, solution design, pricing, proposal development and negotiation); manage the complete sales cycle from opportunity identification through contract signing; coordinate with Operations, Finance, Legal and Product teams to ensure delivery, and develop incremental business within existing accounts.
4. Track industry trends across e-commerce, retail, consumer electronics, automotive, furniture, fashion and industrial manufacturing; conduct market and competitor analysis, and expand target customer resources and industry networks.
