US Director of Service

CIMCO Refrigeration, North America’s leader in industrial and commercial refrigeration systems, is seeking a Director of Service Operations to lead the U.S. service business across four regions. This senior operational role oversees branch performance, technician utilization, service delivery, contract revenue, warranty, commissioning, and service administration. You will manage multi state field operations, drive CSA growth and retention, strengthen branch accountability, and build the operational systems needed for a rapidly expanding U.S. business. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in industrial refrigeration or heavy mechanical service leadership, experience managing large field teams, P&L ownership, and a track record of building service operations and recurring revenue programs.
