With our large outdoor terrace and garden bar becoming the focus of the summer months, we are looking for high-energy talent to join our flagship team. The Role We are looking for creative and high-energy Bartenders to join our garden bar and indoor program on a full-time, permanent basis. At PYRO, our drinks are an extension of the kitchen—focused on seasonal botanicals, fire-inspired techniques, and premium spirits.

You'll be delivering world-class mixology in a fast-paced environment where the atmosphere is as intense as the wood-fired grill. Must-Have Requirements Mixology Mastery: Advanced skills in cocktail creation and a genuine passion for innovation. You should be comfortable with classic builds and bespoke, seasonal signatures.

High-Volume Excellence: Proven experience working in high-volume bars without compromising on premium service standards or garnish precision. Commercial Awareness: A focus on consistency and waste management to ensure the bar remains profitable and efficient. Spirit Knowledge: A deep understanding of spirits, particularly Mediterranean-inspired liqueurs and botanicals, to align with our Greek heritage.

Team Performance: A proactive "can-do" attitude—helping to train juniors and ensuring the bar station is always prepped for a high-intensity shift.
