Guest Experience Specialist

Position Title: Guest Experience Specialist Work Environment: In-person, medical spa Compensation: Base: $21-$26 Per Hour Bonus: $1-$2+ Per Hour Benefits: Full Time Eligible (30+ Hours) 4 Weeks of PTO Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Short Term Disability (including coverage for child birth) HSA / FSA 401k + Employee Match Up to 4% Malpractice Insurance Reports to: Spa Manager Position Summary: The Guest Experience Specialist is responsible for ensuring that the guest has an exceptional experience from their first contact with V/O.

They are responsible for ensuring all guests are scheduled accurately and receive their services in a timely and professional manner. The Guest Experience Specialist must embody V/O’s core values and reflect them through their interactions and behaviors. Guest Experience Specialists must continually work to meet Guest expectations by responding to Guest questions and inquiries online and on the phone, managing the Guest intake process, ensuring a clean and organized work space, providing excellent communication and administrative services, supporting the sales process, and representing the V/O Med Spa brand at the highest level.

In executing this role, Guest Experience Specialists work closely with the spa manager and all providers.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, medical office, beauty/aesthetic setting, or sales environment. High school diploma or equivalent; A degree in business, communications, or a related field is a plus. Possess a thorough knowledge of spa services Have excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation Knowledge of common aesthetic services such as Botox, fillers, facials, etc.

, preferred Experience with CRM software, scheduling tools, or call center management systems, preferred Physical/Mental Requirements: Standing and/or sitting for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 30lbs Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, utilizing proper PPE Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills Salary $21 - $28 per hour
