Aesthetic Injector

Position Title: Aesthetic Injector Total Compensation Range: Base: $60-$85 (Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant) Bonus: $0-$30+ Per Hour Benefits: 4 Weeks of PTO Medical, Vision & Dental Insurance Short Term Disability (including coverage of child birth) HSA / FSA 401k + Employee Match Up to 4% Malpractice Insurance Up to $10,000 Cosmetic Services Stipend Reports to: Lead Clinical Injector Position Summary: To provide aesthetic non-surgical cosmetic evaluation, consultation, treatments.

Treatments may include: neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, microneedling and radio frequency microneedling, BBL, MOXI, IPL, chemical peels and medical grade facials. In addition to traditional aesthetics, injector should have comfort providing preventive and integrative wellness through obtaining patient histories, appropriate examination, interpreting diagnostic lab work, and creating individualized, evidence-based treatment plans in an autonomous environment with support of a collaborating Physician.

Treatments may include but are not limited to: Using lab work to guide supplementation regimens, procedural tasks such as peptides and Vitamins / Nutrients through intramuscular and subcutaneous injections. Essential Behavioral Characteristics: The preferred applicant will demonstrate an understanding and priority for safety and compliance; exceptional Guest service; and exceptional teamwork.

Essential Skills: Organized Responsive Adaptive and flexible Growth-oriented Effective communication Time management Self-management Performing injectable and skin rejuvenation services Qualifications: Legally Certified Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse Knowledge of current Aesthetic and Wellness treatment practices, products and trends One year or more injecting experience Comfortable consulting patients regarding wellness and cosmetic needs, techniques and treatment plans Physical/Mental Requirements: Ability to lift at least 30 lb.

Exposure to blood and bodily fluids, Utilizing proper PPE Use of manual dexterity, gross motor skills, bi-manual dexterity and fine motor skills Work Environment: Spa environment Salary $60 - $115 per hour
