Farm Manager - Agriculture

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee agricultural operations in Al Qassim Region, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in farming practices, crop management, and team leadership, with the ability to improve productivity while maintaining sustainable farming practices.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily farm operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization and adherence to agricultural best practices. Develop and implement crop management plans covering planting schedules, irrigation, fertilization, and pest control. Monitor crop health, soil conditions, and weather patterns to optimize yields. Manage, train, and supervise farm staff, promoting safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Maintain accurate records of production, labor, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source quality seeds, fertilizers, and farming equipment. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement innovative farming techniques.

Qualifications

and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in farm management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of agronomy, soil science, and farm machinery. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
