Director, Business Development and Marketing

The Business Development & Marketing Manager/Director is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the company's growth within the aerospace and defense markets. This position will lead business development activities, coordinate customer engagement, support proposals and RFQ's , and manage the company's marketing and industry presence.
