- TPM Rule Refinement & Product Detailed Design Translate the TPM top-level framework and strategic policies defined by the TPM lead into detailed operational rules, product requirements and executable SOPs. Undertake detailed design of full-cycle trade promotion scenarios, including promotion setup, budget application, execution monitoring and post-activity reconciliation, ensuring standardized and unified frontline operation. Sort out business logic gaps in daily implementation, support continuous iteration of TPM design and operational specifications.
- Tactical Cross-Team Execution & Daily Coordination Serve as the daily contact center for sales, finance and regional teams, collect cross-functional team’s pain points and operational bottlenecks, summarize practical feedback, and support leadership’s top-level rule optimization and policy iteration. Deliver frontline TPM operational training and business guidance to ensure accurate implementation of unified standards.
- TPM System Delivery & Operational Data Support Dock with technical teams for TPM system development, function testing and module rollout, track project delivery progress and ensure stable system online operation. Responsible for daily TPM business data statistics, execution effect analysis and regular reporting, sorting out promotion efficiency and operational risks. Supervise daily business compliance and system data accuracy, reduce operational errors, and provide solid TPM data support for strategic optimization decisions.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related fields. Professional Experience 5-8 years of FMCG/trade promotion relevant experience, with 2-3 years of project management experience. Prior experience leading TPM projects is a strong plus. Solid understanding of financial management processes, including budget tracking, trade investment settlement and cost control.
Hands-on experience in full-cycle expense management: expense application, approval, DOA compliance, cross-department cost cross-charging and audit preparation. Proven track record of identifying process pain points, designing optimization solutions and streamlining workflows to boost operational efficiency and traceability.
Language & Tools Basic English communication capability; Proficient in Excel advanced data analysis; skilled in operating TPM business systems is a strong plus.
Overview
The TPM Manager is dedicated to translating the top-level TPM framework and strategic rules designed by the TPM/SFA lead into implementable TPM detailed specifications, product logic and operational standards.
