In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved efficiently and professionally. The position focuses on delivering exceptional support through voice channels, managing customer relationships, and driving sales opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and contribute to organizational growth.

Responsibilities

Address and resolve customer queries promptly and effectively via telephone interactions. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention. Identify potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and guide clients toward relevant solutions. Manage the full cycle of customer service processes, ensuring high standards of communication and service delivery.

Utilize strong verbal communication skills to convey information clearly and build rapport with diverse clientele.

Requirements

Possess a sales-oriented mindset with a proven ability to convert interactions into business opportunities. Demonstrate proficiency in handling customer queries and resolving issues with a solution-focused approach. Have practical experience or a strong aptitude for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) principles. Be comfortable working within a voice process environment, including regular outbound and inbound calling.

Exhibit excellent verbal communication skills suitable for professional client engagement. Bring at least six months of relevant work experience in a customer-facing or sales support role.
