Technical Officer – Residential Services

Assist in overseeing routine, preventive and corrective maintenance works for luxury residential properties Conduct site visits regularly to monitor works progress, quality and safety compliance Monitor contractors’ performance to ensure works meet required standards and specifications Provide technical support on building operation and maintenance matters, including renovation and improvement works Assist in ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, codes of practice and government ordinances Prepare and maintain maintenance records, work progress reports and technical documentation

Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies or a related discipline Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in for luxury residential properties maintenance and renovation works Experience in luxury residential properties is an advantage Willing to perform site-based work Holder of a valid driving licence is an advantage Basic knowledge of building and facilities management practices Ability to read and understand technical drawings and maintenance documentation Good organisational, coordination and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications
