System Administrator

Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, network infrastructure, backup systems, and endpoint security solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, infrastructure, and user access-related issues. Administer user accounts, permissions, Group Policies, software deployments, system updates, and backup processes.

Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of IT infrastructure. Manage IT assets and ensure proper documentation of systems, processes, and configurations. Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for support and procurement activities. Provide L2/L3 technical support and ensure timely resolution of escalated issues.

Implement and maintain security best practices across systems and networks. Ensure business continuity through regular backup verification and disaster recovery preparedness.

Requirements

Windows Server Active Directory & Group Policy Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Exchange Online & Entra ID DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall Management Backup & Disaster Recovery Solutions Endpoint Security Power. Shell Personal Attributes: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.
