Lucknow About the Role We are looking for experienced Sr Manager/Manager/Dy Manager/Asst Manager professionals to drive merchant acquisition and business growth for CC Avenue's Payment Gateway & POS products. Key Responsibilities: - Hunt & Onboard: Identify and acquire new merchants for PG, POS, and Soundbox solutions - Business Generation: Achieve monthly targets for merchant onboarding and transaction volumes - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with retail chains, distributors, and direct merchants - Market Penetration: Expand CC Avenue's presence in assigned territory - Compliance: Ensure 100% KYC and due diligence during onboarding as per company policy - Reporting: Track pipeline, conversions, and submit regular business reports Must-Have Requirements: - Industry Experience Only: TSM & ASM Minimum 3/4 & 5/6 years in PG/POS industry

• Experience from: Razorpay, Cashfree, Paytm, Phone. Pe, Pine Labs preferred
• Proven track record in field sales and new merchant acquisition
• Strong network with retail, F&B, and SME segments
