Machine Technician

Job Title: Machine Maintenance Technician Location: Aiea, HI Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 – $35.00 per hour Schedule: Flexible start and end times About the Role Menehune Water Company is looking for a Machine Maintenance Technician to join our 5 Gallon Division. You’ll keep our bottling machinery running at peak efficiency through inspection, preventive maintenance, and repair, so we can keep delivering pure, high-quality water to customers across Hawaii.

What You’ll Do Inspect production machinery routinely and correct issues promptly Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems Complete repairs and part replacements Calibrate and fine-tune machines for performance and product quality Keep detailed maintenance records, including work orders and parts inventory Coordinate with the production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption Follow all safety protocols and help maintain a safe work environment What We’re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of machinery operation and maintenance, including mechanical and electrical wire repair and pneumatic and hydraulic theory and procedure Ability to read and interpret technical manuals Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear communication skills Ability to lift and handle heavy objects Familiarity with safety regulations and a strong commitment to safe work practices Nice to Have Technical certification or degree in mechanical or electrical engineering Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, vision, and prescription drug insurance, plus partial dental Paid vacation and sick leave Employee discounts on Menehune Water products Company-provided tools and equipment for major repairs Skills training and professional development opportunities Stable, year-round work Equal Opportunity Employer Menehune Water Company is an equal opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal and Hawaii state laws.
