Intellectual Disability Nurse - Meath Units

We are seeking a compassionate, dedicated and motivated Intellectual Disability Nurse to join our residential care team at Three Steps. Working collaboratively with social care teams and multidisciplinary professionals, you will support individual care planning, health assessments, medication management and the safe delivery of care. Three Steps is seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic and dedicated Intellectual Disability Nurse to join our residential services team. In this rewarding role, you will provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care to children, young people and adults with intellectual disabilities and additional healthcare needs.

You will play an important part in promoting the health, wellbeing, independence and quality of life of the individuals in our care. Working closely with our residential care teams and multidisciplinary professionals, you will be responsible for assessing and monitoring healthcare needs, developing individualised nursing care plans, supporting safe medication management and ensuring appropriate access to healthcare services.

You will also provide clinical guidance and support to our social care teams, promote best practice and contribute to a safe, supportive and inclusive environment where every individual is respected, valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
