Are you an experienced social care leader looking for your next challenge? We're looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead John Turner House , ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred support for people with learning disabilities, complex needs and a valuable break for their family carers.

As Service Manager, you will provide strong leadership and oversight of the day-to-day operation of the service, ensuring it remains safe, effective and focused on achieving positive outcomes for the people we support. You'll be responsible for: Leading and inspiring a team with a Team Manager and Support Workers Ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and organisational standards Managing service performance, audits, safeguarding and health & safety Overseeing staffing, rotas and resource management Building positive relationships with families, professionals and external partners Driving continuous improvement and supporting the development of your team Embed a recently implemented Care Management system 🌱 Why Join Leading Lives?
