Experienced Inside Sales Specialist – Roofing

Company: The best roofing company of its kind in the Detroit and Grand Rapids markets. 30-year-old family-owned business providing roof replacement, storm restoration, siding, and gutters. Position: Inside Sales Representative (Roofing) This role focuses on customer development, appointment scheduling, customer satisfaction after sales, completing post-installation paperwork, and presenting additional services or options to customers over the phone.

Essential Duties

& Responsibilities:

• Contact homeowners and schedule estimate appointments
• Call homeowners after installation to perform post-checks
• Confirm successful installation and customer satisfaction
• Complete final paperwork and approvals
• Present additional products, upgrades, or services when needed Required Skills:
• Strong phone sales skills and customer service experience in the home improvement industry preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to explain products and services clearly
