Senior Network Engineer – Level 3

Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Network Engineer – Level 3 to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure and Microsoft cloud-based environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, and Microsoft Defender, along with advanced technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Provide Level 3 technical support for complex network and infrastructure issues, including root cause analysis and resolution. Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Manage and support Microsoft Intune for device management, endpoint configuration, compliance, and security policies. Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Defender solutions, including endpoint security and threat protection. Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and implement preventive measures. Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and support infrastructure improvements.

Maintain technical documentation, network configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with IT security policies and enterprise infrastructure standards.

Required Skills

& Qualifications Strong experience in enterprise networking and advanced network troubleshooting. Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (O365) administration and support. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, including device management and policy configuration. Practical experience with Microsoft Defender and endpoint security solutions.

Experience handling complex Level 3 technical escalations. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills Programming or scripting knowledge, particularly Python. Experience developing Python scripts for automation, troubleshooting, or network management.

Knowledge of automation and infrastructure management practices. Microsoft Office 365 expertise is mandatory. Google Workspace experience is not required and should not be considered a substitute for Office 365 expertise. Hands-on experience with Intune and Defender is essential.
