ShopeeFood, Business Development (SMB) - Acquisition

Identify and acquire F&B merchants within your assigned areas via on-ground visits and calls to achieve monthly KPI targets, with commission incentives tied to performance. Actively approach and pitch Shopee. Food to high-potential merchants to join the platform, expanding coverage within your assigned area. Maintain and update your sales pipeline to track merchant outreach, progress, and conversions.

Ensure timely submission of merchant onboarding documents and required reports. Gather and share market feedback from merchants and competitors to help improve Shopee. Food’s offerings. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and follow-through after sign-up. Perform any other ad hoc tasks assigned as business expands.

Based in Johor, Kedah, Kelantan, Sabah, Sarawak 0-2 years of experience in business development, relationship/ account management or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply). Diploma or SPM graduates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply. Flexible to travel within your assigned area for merchant visits. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese language or other dialects will be an advantage. Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods or as business needs require.
