NON-BOM Sourcing Job Description "- Manager for sourcing, supplier development, pricing and negotiation for equipment (cell and line) & Construction& Consumable

• Ability to evaluate and select suppliers, negotiate contracts and prices, evaluate supplier capabilities and technical levels

• Participate in projects, and complete project’s regular work independently to increase new RFQ hit rate.

• Understand market supply intelligence on responsible fields, Conduct cost scrub for new RFQ & Annual & Semi annual RFQ.

• Resolve equipment or critical material shortage.

• Conduct synergy activities among parties internally in group.

• Manage procurement agreement." Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Proficiency in English and Madarin at 4 skills,

• 2–5 years of experience in bom-sourcer for EPE company

• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

• Strong ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a fast‑paced environment"
