Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Python AI / Generative AI Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing and developing AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and generative AI, with hands-on experience building intelligent systems in Python.
The role involves developing AI-powered solutions, implementing generative AI models, integrating AI services into applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and innovative AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI and Generative AI solutions using Python. Build and integrate applications leveraging Large Language Models. Develop and optimize machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Implement Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for intelligent text-based applications.
Develop APIs and backend services to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications. Work with vector databases and embeddings for building semantic search and AI-powered systems. Fine-tune and optimize generative AI models for performance and accuracy. Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to design AI-driven features.
Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance in production environments. Document AI models, workflows, and implementation strategies.
Required Skills
& Qualifications 6 years of experience in AI/ML development using Python. Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing. Hands-on experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI frameworks. Experience using AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience building AI-driven APIs and backend services.
Proficiency in data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy. Understanding of prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and AI workflow optimization. Experience working with REST APIs and cloud-based AI services.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex. Exposure to cloud platforms like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone or Weaviate. Familiarity with MLOps practices for model deployment and monitoring. Experience working in Agile development environments.
