First Mile & Hub (SPX Express)​​

Analyze large, complex datasets related to First Mile pickup routes, driver capacity, fleet utilization, and pickup SLA compliance to identify bottlenecks and operational inefficiencies Develop and implement strategic initiatives to reduce cost-per-pickup, optimize vehicle type mix, and improve driver productivity across the fleet.

Build and maintain operational dashboards to monitor live fleet health and historical performance trends Translate complex fleet data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for senior leadership and field operations teams Communicate complex operational findings and strategic changes clearly to all stakeholders 1–3 years of experience in fleet management, logistics strategy, route optimization, management consulting, or e-commerce/express delivery Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, data modeling, complex functions).

Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is a strong plus Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate data-driven insights clearly Proven stakeholder management skills to align strategic goals with field operations and cross-functional teams. Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic operational environments under tight deadlines
