Custodian District Supervisor in Tri-County Area Schools Location: Howard City, MI 49329 Position: Full-Time, 2:30pm-11:00pm, $17.50/hour Overview GRBS, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and hardworking District Supervisor to oversee custodial operations across Tri-County Area Schools. This full-time position requires a motivated leader who demonstrates integrity, humility, and a strong work ethic.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable team player with excellent customer service skills and the ability to hold team members accountable while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate custodial activities across school locations within the district. Perform general custodial duties including cleaning, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Ensure all assigned areas are maintained in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Collaborate with team members and school staff to meet facility needs and schedules.

Operate custodial equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. Assist with training and development of custodial staff. Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and strong customer service focus. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.

Dependable and self-motivated with a strong work ethic. Reliable transportation to travel between district locations as needed. Integrity and humility in all interactions.
