Custodian in Wayland Union Schools Position: Part-Time & Full-Time, 2nd Shift, $16/hour Job Description GRBS, Inc. is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our 2nd shift team in Wayland Union Schools. This position offers both part-time and full-time opportunities, providing essential support in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our students, staff, and visitors.

Work Schedule Shift hours vary by building: 3:30pm - 12:00am 3:30pm - 9:00pm 3:30pm - 8:30pm Required to work 1 weekend per month Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal. Ensure all school facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. Respond promptly to custodial requests and emergencies.

Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively. Collaborate with team members to complete daily and special cleaning projects. Report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate personnel. Skills & Qualifications Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a supportive work environment.

Team player who works well with others and communicates effectively. Customer service focused, ensuring a welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Hard working with strong attention to detail and reliability. Candidates must be able to maintain energy and focus throughout their entire shift.
