CSA Homecareis seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care for a high-acuity veteranin the Lithionia area. This is a long-term care position supporting a IDD client who requiresTotal personal care , and dedicated clinical attention**.

We are hiring and looking for LPNs available to work 30+ hours/week**.

Responsibilities:**

Provide direct nursing care for a high-acuity veteran in a homecare setting

• Hoyer Lift

Perform total personal care and maintenance**

Document care provided and communicate with the care team

Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times

Requirements:**

Valid LPN license in the state of Georgia**

Experience working with IDD clients

Reliable transportation

Ability to work independently and as part of a care team

Must be compassionate, detail-oriented, and professional
