IT Technician
Job description
Trans. Core-Amtech Systems (AMS), a subsidiary of ST Engineering, is seeking a full-time IT Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The IT Technician provides desktop and end-user support for Windows workstations, Microsoft 365 services, mobile devices, printers, and related technologies. Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, software, connectivity, and account issues while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Escalates complex issues to System Administrators, Network Engineers, or application support teams as necessary.
