Clerx – Customer Service / Upselling Summary We are seeking a motivated individual to join our IT Services team in a dynamic role focused on delivering exceptional client support and driving revenue growth through strategic upselling. This position is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships while identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.

The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and fostering customer loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

Execute targeted upselling strategies to promote additional products and services to existing clients. Manage and nurture long-term customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Analyze customer inquiries and challenges to provide efficient, accurate, and timely solutions. Deliver clear and professional communication in English during all voice-based interactions.

Handle inbound and outbound voice processes, managing call volumes effectively while maintaining quality standards. Resolve customer complaints and queries with a focus on first-contact resolution and service excellence.

Requirements

Demonstrated ability to identify sales opportunities and successfully close upsell transactions. Proven experience in managing customer relationships and delivering superior service outcomes. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex client issues. Excellent command of the English language with proficient verbal communication skills.

Competence in handling customer service workflows and resolving operational queries. Experience in managing voice process operations within a call center environment. Salary ₹1-2 LPA Work Experience 6 months
