Heavy Rents Manager

WHAT YOU’LL DO The Heavy Rents Manager is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of the Heavy Rents business across the Western States territory. This role is accountable for revenue growth, profitability, fleet utilization, fleet return on investment, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, safety performance, and employee development.

Working closely with Regional Managers, Sales Managers, Fleet Management, and branch leadership teams, the Heavy Rents Manager develops and executes strategies that drive sustainable growth, maximize fleet performance, and deliver consistent customer experience.
