Human Resources Generalist
Job description
The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for a variety of Human Resources functions at our Madison, WI plant.
Responsibilities include
hourly recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits and payroll administration, leave of absence and worker’s compensation, HR compliance, HRIS reporting training and development, and other assigned duties by the HR Manager. This is a full-time, exempt position, working 100% on-site. This position reports to the HR Manager at our Arcadia, WI plant.
