Project Engineer (Land & Liaison Works)

Lord Krishna Builders is hiring a Project Engineer (Land & Liaison Works) to handle land conversion, statutory approvals, and government liaison activities across Kerala. This is a non-site role, focused on documentation, approvals, and coordination with authorities to ensure smooth project progress.

Key Responsibilities

Handle land conversion (Tharam Mattal) process end-to-end Coordinate with Village Office, Taluk Office, and RDO Manage government approvals & clearances (Panchayat, Municipality, Corporation, KSEB, Water Authority, Pollution Control Board) Assist in legal documentation verification (Title Deed, EC, Land Tax) Follow up regularly to ensure timely approvals Coordinate internally with legal and management teams Requirements B.

Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering 5–10 years experience in real estate / liaisoning / approvals Strong knowledge of: Kerala land laws Tharam Mattal process Government approval systems Skills Strong communication & negotiation skills Excellent follow-up and coordination ability Ability to handle multiple approvals simultaneously Willingness to travel for official work Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person
