Shift: Day Must work some weekends and#holidays## # Essential Functions: The incumbent will perform a variety of duties designed to maintain and enhance the Kitchen Store.## Clean floors, tables, counters, and other assigned areas. Maintain appropriate logs as required (dishtemp-potsink); keep the work area clean and orderly.

Manually wash pots and pans using the three-step method. Operate and Clean Dish Machine. Take out the trash and inappropriate containers. Operate equipment according to directions.
