• Production Driven Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. Steady Work at a High-Volume Dealership Career Growth Opportunities Team-Oriented Environment Comprehensive Benefits Package Take Pride in Your Work What You'll Do Clean, wax, polish, and detail vehicles inside and out Apply protective finishes to exterior surfaces Vacuum interiors, clean upholstery, and remove stains Perform vehicle inspections to ensure top-quality detailing Maintain a clean and organized work area What You'll Bring 1 year of prior experience in automotive detailing or car wash· An eye for vehicle cleanliness, presentation, and finish quality Experience performing paint correction, cutting, and polishing services on a variety of vehicles Comfortable handling assigned responsibilities and collaborating with others Steady and consistent approach to daily responsibilities Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Flat Rate Range for this position is $16.90 - $36.70. This is a flat rate position that is eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
