Description TERMITE AND PEST COTROL BRANCH MANAGER Kilter Termite and Pest Control is seeking an experienced leader for a Management Position. You must have experience leading all aspects of a Pest Control/Termite branch. Role Description: You will be responsible to lead all areas of the branch, including: Termite, Rodent, Pest Control, Insulation, Wood, Customer Service, Warranty Dept.

and Sales. The Branch Manager will manage staff, foster a positive environment, ensure customer satisfaction, and ensure branch operations are being met in a safe and profitable manner. This position requires a high energy, hands-on leader who is committed to the expansion and success of the branch by implementing strategies that increase productivity, customer care and enable sales.

Knowledge of cost control and revenue opportunities Solid understanding of general business management principles and practices involved in managing a day-to-day operation 5+ years of industry experience A valid California driver’s license and good driving record.
