Roving Leasing Consultant | Travel Between Properties Full-Time : Either 8AM to 5 PM or 9AM to 6PM (depending on p roperty) $17.00 - $19.00 per Hour DOE + Commission & Benefits Monarch Investment & Management Group is actively hiring a driven , results -focused Roving Leasing Consultant to support several apartment communities across the Brooklyn Park area .

This is a fast-moving, high-impact role focused on keeping occupancy high, supporting onsite teams, and stepping in where coverage is needed most. $1 7 .00 - $ 19 .00 Per Hour DOE Eligible for Monarch’s commission structure for Leasing 401(k) match up to 3% or $4,000, whichever is greater Paid training and professional development programs Tuition reimbursement program Paid Time Off: 80 hours during Year 1 120 hours during Years 2–4 160 hours after 5 years 8 paid holidays plus 2 paid half-day holidays or work anniversary off 3-week paid sabbatical every 5 years or stay bonus option Blue Cross medical insurance starting under $50/month for employees FREE dental and basic life insurance Vision and voluntary benefits available for family members Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Employee referral bonuses ranging from $500–$1,000 Employee discounts through major retailers and services What You’ll Do : Lease apartments and drive occupancy across multiple communities Greet prospects, conduct tours, and close leases Manage applications, lease paperwork, and move-ins Support lease renewals and resident retention efforts Maintain strong relationships with residents throughout their tenancy Ensure model apartments and show units are tour-ready Track traffic, market trends, and competitor activity Maintain resident files (physical and digital) in YARDI Support marketing and outreach efforts Step in to support communities during high-demand periods Qualifications : 2+ years of multifamily leasing Proven ability to close leases and drive occupancy Knowledge of Fair Housing and leasing compliance standards Tech-savvy; experience with property management software (YARDI preferred) Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter who can step into new environments and perform immediately Feel free to check us out at: www.
