Talent Acquisition Manager, SEA

Founded more than 40 years ago, our client is a multinational FMCG company with a global presence. Due to continued business growth, we are currently partnering them to look for a Talent Acquisition Manager to manage end-to-end recruiting for 8 markets across SEA.

Responsibilities

As a direct report to the HR Director, SEA, your primary responsibility will encompass the complete recruitment lifecycle. This includes talent sourcing, comprehensive assessment, and the recruitment of top-tier professionals to meet the organization's requirements and sustain a robust talent pipeline. You will consistently take the lead in enhancing recruitment processes while also assuming the role of a trusted Business Partner.

In this capacity, you will offer strategic guidance and advisory services to stakeholders, facilitating the development of effective recruiting strategies. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the Employer Branding initiatives as part of the talent acquisition process.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should bring at least 8 years of end-to-end recruiting experience within the FMCG or Retail industry. Your expertise should extend to recruiting for the SEA region, and you must excel in the role of a trusted Business Partner to the business.
