Credit Processing Analyst

The Credit Processing Analyst will play a vital role in our back-office operations, specifically within the CLM Domestic BFSI department. This role is responsible for handling credit-related tasks, ensuring smooth and accurate processing, and maintaining high standards of customer service. As a key member of the team, the analyst will contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our operations.

Process and review credit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Conduct thorough credit assessments and evaluations, considering various factors. Maintain and update customer credit records, ensuring data integrity. Collaborate with the customer care team to resolve credit-related inquiries and issues.

Monitor and analyze credit trends, identifying potential risks and opportunities. Implement and maintain credit policies and procedures, ensuring consistency. Provide support and guidance to other team members on credit-related matters. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in credit processing. Ensure timely and efficient credit processing, meeting service level agreements.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in credit processing or a similar role. Strong knowledge of credit principles, regulations, and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in using credit processing software and tools.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to work. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies. A team player with a positive attitude and a customer-centric mindset.
