1. Attends and contributes to patient care under the direction of the OT.
2. Responsible for effective and efficient delivery and documentation of occupational therapy services as outlined in the residents' plan of care.
3. Fully participates in patient care, staffing, and other related meetings, supervised by OT and DOR.
4. Perform other duties as assigned and required to provide quality care to residents. Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)QUALIFICATIONS:
5. Graduate of a school of Occupation Therapy Assistant program approved by the American Occupational Therapy Association and Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education standards.
6. Valid Occupational Therapy Assistant License and able to practice in the state(s) of licensure.
7. Initial certification obtained from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
