About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Server to join the Tailwind team! Be a part of the Tailwind experience by providing an amazing guest experience and bring a fun, inviting atmosphere to all travelers. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work environment, handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, and work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. Your ability to multitask and prioritize tasks will be essential in this role. Tailwind encourages Veterans and Military family members to apply!

Responsibilities include

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, providing attentive service throughout their dining experience. Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using the restaurant’s POS system. Keep tables, utensils, and the dining area clean and organized. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.

Explain the menu and make recommendations based on the guest preferences.

Qualifications

Previous food service experience-preferred. Experience with point-of sale systems. Knowledge of food and beverage service. Ability to handle difficult customers with tact and professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding service.

Requirements

Must be able to pass background check to receive airport badge. Must have reliable transportation.
